Personal Training

Training with me means that we work according to the set goals we have set together. Based on these goals, we create a plan that will last in the long run. I do not believe in "quick fixes", but I do believe in training smart and efficiently in a sustainable way.

This means that we will work with many different aspects of the exercise, whether it be strength, mobility or endurance. This is not something you do for a week or so but rather something I encourage you to do for a longer time frame. If you do put in the dedication and effort you will achieve a new lifestyle, where exercise is something you want to continue with because you now know what a positive change it creates. I will not be your Personal Trainer forever, but I want to make sure you become your own after we have trained together.
